My foundation is in software development at Amazon, where I learned to build reliable systems under real-world constraints.

I began on the AWS side, modernizing a legacy Java backend and leading the transition to a TypeScript/React front end. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for system rigor and scale, but also clarified my desire to work closer to the user. I later moved to Amazon Alexa to focus on more user-facing technologies, where my interests in interaction, interface, and experience design grew even more.
